Shirt Printing Policy

Footzilla.shop can add personalisation to any shirt or shorts purchased online or in-store. Any shirt can be personalised at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If an order for offensive or abusive personalisation is placed online, an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

The options of personalisation available include;

Up to 12 characters and 2 numbers.

PRINTING

We are unable to refund or exchange a personalised product once it has been printed with either a player's name and number or a custom name and number, sleeve badges or back of shirt sponsor logos; this still applies in the event of a player leaving the club and/or changing his squad number. There are strictly no exceptions to this policy. Footzilla.shop will not be held responsible for the length of time a player is at the club following personalisation of products. A refund or exchange will be permitted if the product is deemed faulty.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary across seasonal kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers, sleeve badges or back of shirt sponsor logos have been applied to personalise your item. Footzilla.shop cannot accept liability for any changes to player’s names and squad numbers due to a player transfer, deciding to change number, or, leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 characters, however this is dependent upon the size of shirt. Not all sizes will accommodate 12 characters. If this is the case a retail staff member will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.

If you have had your shirt personalised, you may find that it appears creased. This is due to the shirt being packaged for transit if you have ordered this item online, or as it has been folded into your shopping bag, if bought in store. This creasing can easily be resolved by following these instructions;
- Place a clean, damp cloth over the personalisation and press with a warm (not hot) iron.
- Please do not iron directly onto the personalisation.

Personalisation - products ordered requiring personalisation of any nature will take longer to process than other products. Please therefore leave up to 5 (five) working days for products to be personalised and dispatched.
